This branched out over a decade ago into providing highly effective, highly targeted bespoke mailings.

Hand enclosing

We employ a core team of 20 staff for hand fulfilment. They are committed, experienced and dedicated to ensuring that mailings are carried out to the highest quality standards. The team is supervised by a production manager who, in turn, liaises with account handlers who oversee the smooth running of every project. The team is equally well equipped to operate the range of printing and fulfilment machinery.

Machine enclosing

CCR offers two types of machine enclosing fulfilment: envelopes or polywrap.

Daily fulfilment

CCR carries out daily fulfilment for numerous clients. This might involve anything from sending mailings to people who have requested a brochure via a client’s website through to mailing insurance documents. Requests come into CCR every day at the same allocated time. We then carry out printing and fulfilment in time for Royal Mail’s late afternoon collection.

Printing

Inkjet printing is a more productive and cost-effective method of addressing envelopes and postcards than printing and affixing labels. We can inkjet directly onto envelopes, postcards and brochures, and complete 10,000 pieces an hour.

CCR provides high-volume laser printing using both A3 and A4 letterheads.

- We use both Hitachi and Xerox technology.

- The supplied letterhead must be laser-compatible or supplied in advance for testing.

- Printing can use plain or printed stock.

- Our printing capacity is 100,000 runs a day.

- We can print labels with addresses, if preferred, and labels with PPIs on small volumes.

- We print personalised letters, forms and carrier sheets.

Storage of pallets

CCR has the capacity to store a vast number of pallets. We store pallets of brochures, envelopes, letterheads and any other mailing materials that you may require. We check, label and insure all pallets as a matter of course.
