Some of the information that we are able to verify
and gain include;
Your project will be assigned a dedicated account
manager, who will liaise with you from start to
finish including help and advice on scriptwriting,
management of data exports, advice on data formats,
Callers will be briefed about your company and the
aim of the project either by the account manager
or yourself if you prefer. Each caller will stay
on the project for the duration subject to performance,
ensuring you have continuity of staff.
Reporting can be arranged to suit you, normally
we would send a call report every few days depending
on the size of project which will inform you of;
- Number of Calls made
- Number of Callbacks booked
- Number of Incorrect numbers
- Number of Contacts Verified
