Data Enhancement
Postal
Address File
The Royal Mail's Postcode Address File, or PAF,
is the
most up-to-date and complete address database
in the
UK, containing over 27 million addresses. The
file is updated
on a monthly basis and will identify and correct
any missing or
incorrect parts of an address allowing you to
have the most accurate address
data possible and to take advantage of mailing
discounts, more accurate profiling and industry
standard formatting.

De-Duplication

which will help remove and merge duplicate records,
Using Sophisticated matching techniques, we are

duplicates based on phonetics.

Tele Appending
Where available,
consumer records can be matched with a BT telephone
number and appended to your database. This service
can also check and verify existing numbers. Where
a number is ex-directory we can confirm that the
person is at that address with a telephone number
but will not be able to provide the information.
All Tele-appending
work will be subject to TPS screening and new
numbers will be provided with TPS flags where
appropriate. To read more about The Telephone
Preference Service please click here.
Electoral Role
Using the Electoral Roll we can verify instances
where the surname and address that is held on
your database matches with current the Electoral
register. Particularly useful for educational
establishments who often hold a parental address,
this can confirm that even if the person held
on your database may not be resident at that address,
someone of the same surname is and therefore mail
is likely to be forwarded on.
Date of Birth
Current researched lifestyle
information can be used to append an actual date
of birth to your customer and donor records where
available. In addition to this, an estimated age
band based on modeled information can be appended
to give an idea of lifestage. A free audit can
be provided to give a report on the availability
of this information for your database.
