We offer free audits for several of our services which will allow you to send data through to be checked so that an accurate quotation can be supplied. Audits are available for Consumer Data cleaning, Business Data Cleaning and Wealth Intelligence.
The audits are completely free and there is no obligation to proceed with any work following the audit.

The Audit Process
Once you have decided to audit your data, you will need to sign a non disclosure document for Data Protection purposes – an example of which can be found here.
The fields required for the audit are Unique ID, Title, Forename or Initial, Surname, Address lines 1, 2 and 3, Town, County and Postcode. Once this is in place you will be sent a data request email by your account handler and you will need to;

• Attach your data as a CSV file or excel spreadsheet


• Hit Send

Your data will then travel securely to our IT department who will open, check and acknowledge receipt.

The Audit Reports
Once audited, you will receive a report and a quotation for any cleaning or profiling work which needs to be carried out.
