Hand Enclosing - Pick, Pack and Despatch
CCR employs a core team of 20 staff for hand fulfillment. They are committed, experienced and dedicated in ensuring that mailings are carried out to the highest quality. They are equally well equipped to operate the range of printing and fulfillment machinery. They respond to a Production Manager who in turn liases with the account handlers on the specified jobs.

CCR can provide two types of machine enclosing fulfillment using either envelopes or polywrap.

Daily fulfillment
CCR carries out daily fulfillment for a number of clients. This can include the mailing out of different types of brochures to people who have only just requested a brochure through a clients website or indeed the mailing of insurance documents. Requests come into CCR everyday at the same allocated time. Printing and then fulfillment is required ready for when the Royal Mail collect in late afternoon.

Printing
- Inkjet printing is a more productive and cost effective method of addressing envelopes and postcards than printing and affixing labels.
- Envelopes, postcards and brochures can be inkjetted onto directly.
- speed of printing can be 10K per hour

CCR provide high volume laserprinting using both A3 and A4 letterhead:
- using both Hitachi and Xerox technology.
- supplied letterhead must be lasercompatible or supplied in advance for testing.
- printing can happen with plain or printed stock.
- printing capacity runs at 100K per day.
- print labels with addresses if preferred and labels with PPI's on small volumes.
- personalised letters, forms and carrier sheets.

Storage of pallets
CCR has the capacity to store more than 150 pallets at any one time. We store pallets of brochures, envelopes, letterhead and any other mailing material.
