He qualified as a solicitor in 1967. He is a non-executive director of several companies and has held a number of government appointments. He is an investor in CCR and has served as a non-executive director since 2000.
Rory Sweet Non-Executive Director
Founded Zycko in late 1999 and has built the company from 3 people at the start to over 190 people worldwide with offices in 6 countries. Prior to this Rory founded the company that is now called Comstor Ltd (originally RBR Networks). Rory built Comstor to a highly successful Cisco focused distributor, which he sold to a South Africa based company, Datatec, in 1997. He is also a major shareholder in the Star Technology Group - a leading provider of Internet technology services employing over 600 people and responsible for virus scanning at the Internet level. He is an investor in CCR and has served as a non-executive director since 2000.

Spicer Managing Director
Edward, one of the founding partners, spent 7 years in the city working as a Lloyds re-insurance broker prior to setting up the company. Edward is married with 2 children and his interests include Tennis, playing the guitar, growing organic vegetables and Denmark.
Henry
Sykes Chief Technical Officer
Henry, one of the founding partners, has a vast array of experience in IT systems and data manipulation. Henry is constantly looking for and testing innovative ideas within the IT world and has been responsible for implementing technical processes within the company. Henry is married with two children and his interests include rearing organic rare breed pigs.
Sandra
O’Connell Financial Director
Sandra has been with CCR for
6 years after starting on a secondment. Sandra
is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association
of Certified Accountants and carried out her training
with Moore Stephens in Salisbury. Her career of
12 years in public practice encompassed Auditing,
Special Projects, SME Management support and VAT.
George
Tye Mailing Director
George is one of the longest
standing members of staff after joining the company
from University where he studied Politics. George
has many years experience in managing mailings
and his knowledge in this area benefits all our
mailing clients. In his spare time George enjoys
entertaining friends at his newly extended house
and playing golf.
Jonathan Thomson Data Bureau Manager
Jonathan Thomson joined CCR in 2002 and has a wealth of IT programming technical knowledge behind him. He was recently promoted to Data Bureau Manager and joins the management team.
