CCR was founded in 1996 by Edward Spicer and Henry Sykes, who respectively had experience as a Lloyds re-insurance broker and in IT systems and data manipulation. They identified a niche market for bespoke direct mail and have overseen the growth of CCR as it has evolved into one of the most advanced data migration and data cleansing companies in the UK.
