Meet the team
A true entrepreneur, Edward founded CCR with Henry Sykes in early 1996 and over the last 15 years has built the company from 3 people into what it is today. Currently responsible for the day to day running of CCR and over the 15 years has been responsible for producing and developing some major blue chip accounts and channel partners most of which are still using CCR's service today. Prior to this he had a successful career in the city, alongside setting up and running various other businesses. Edward is married with 2 children and his interests include country sports, tennis (and more recently pool), and growing unedible organic vegetables.
Client Services Director
George is one of the longest standing members of staff after joining the company from University where he studied Politics. George has many years experience in managing bespoke mailings and all things data. His attention to detail and wanting to get things right ensures that work happens on time and to plan. In his spare time George enjoys the company of family and friends. He is an avid follower of most sports especially rugby and cricket and enjoys the more than occasional game of golf.
Sandra has been with CCR for 10 years, having previously had a background in Accountancy Practice Sandra is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and carried out her training with Moore Stephens in Salisbury. Her career of 12 years in public practice encompassed Auditing, Special Projects, SME Management support and VAT. Sandra now enjoys the commercial challenges that a busy growing company brings. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and a bit of Zumba!
Chief Technical Officer
Henry, one of the founding partners, has a vast array of experience in IT systems and data manipulation. Henry is constantly looking for and testing innovative ideas within the IT world and has been responsible for implementing technical processes within the company. Henry is married with two children and his interests include land management, building virtually anything from recycled materials and rearing organic rare breed pigs.
His first grown up job was with Technicolor (then part of Ftse 100 company) where he ended up as Sales and Marketing Director. He left to be part of the dot.com boom as the bubble burst but he did learn about the web, ecommerce and VC's. More recently he was part of a team that grew and subsequently sold their business to a Dutch PLC finishing his earn out in 2008. During this time he learnt about merger and acquisition and now has interests in a number of businesses involved in Brand and Communications as well as the Restaurant trade. He has a love of all things sporting and can beat Tiger if given 27 shots.
Been here for a while, get very hot in summer and then very cold after annual hair cut. Like to follow the crowd and tend to repeat myself, and tend to..... Went to Wales once.
