This is something that Ed Spicer, MD of CCR Data Ltd knows only too well as CCR celebrates its 15th birthday this year. ‘When we set up CCR Data Ltd 15 years ago our focus was primarily on direct mail and the data that supported that campaign. Since then marketing techniques have evolved beyond recognition and clients needs have become increasingly sophisticated’.
